Definition
Hip hop is a cultural movement that began in New York in the urban African American youth, and then spread around the world. The four main elements of hip-hop are Mcing, DJing, graffiti, and breakdancing. Some contemplate beatboxing the fifth element, others perhaps thinks - political activism, hip-hop fashion, hip-hop slang or other elements as important aspects of the link. Today hip-hop and rap music, to mainstream audiences have become to a synonym. They are not interchangeable - rapping (MCing) sink below the lyrics articulate it in a monotone expression, DJing is a part of hip hop music with rapping. Hip hop is the culture and Rap is its word.

History and Origin
Hip hop music is related to West African griots, singers and poets; whose musical style is reminiscent of hip-hop journey. Some griots’ tradition came with slaves to the New World. The main direct effect on the emergence of hip-hop music, Jamaican style called dub, which arose in 1960.
