Rap-up TV: Kandi Reminisces about writing for TLC and destiny's child

Kandi Burruss recalls writing one of the biggest hits of the 90s, TLC'S "no Scrubs." The "real housewives of Atlanta," whose new album Kandi Koated drops 14 december, shows how the Grammy-winning song changed her life. "That was one of the best decisions that I think I've ever made," she tells rap-up TV of the song indicate T-Boz, Chile, and the left Eye.
