Jay Z: ' Tempah should accede to Roc Nation '

GMT Jay Z has said that Tinie Tempah Roc Nation sign must succeed if he wants to "super".

The hip-hop mogul, who owns the label and the recently signed next Star Willow Smith, told the radio 1 Tim Westwood that he would welcome Tempah in discussions.

Jay-Z said: "if he wants to be super successful, he would come to [Roc Nation]. I've heard about him."

Tempah was recently named "best newcomer" at the 2010 Music of Black Origin Awards, as well as the best video award received for 'Frisky '.
